The icoya® eForms Scan Processor scans and decodes icoya eForms 2-dimensional barcodes in forms and documents. icoya® eForms unique 2D-barcode technology allows to encode a virtually unlimited amount of form data on paper. By default icoya®eForms PDF form data is saved in Adobe XFDF XML-format in the icoya eForms 2-dimensional barcode. This means that icoya eForms encodes the form information and it's complete structure within the barcode.

Within the 2D codes, icoya®  eForms saves form data in XFDF XML-format; both form information as well as document structure. Because all information is presented in structured XML-format, icoya® eForms makes it possible to use and change any PDF-form without further effort. Therefore icoya® eForms supports virtually any PDF-form and unlimited amount of data. icoya eForms and the icoya® eForms Scan Processor support form data in latin languages as well as other symbol codes: ASCII, UTF-8, UTF-16, UTF-32, JIS (16 bit, Japanese Industry Standard), BIG-5 (traditional chinese), and GB2312 (simplified chinese).

Damaged codes or errors at the scanning-in of an icoya® eForms document are reliably corrected.  icoya® eForms Scan Processor scans at a speed of up to several hundred pages per minute.

The icoya® eForms Scan Processor is available for the operating systems Windows 2000/XP/2003. The icoya eForms Scan Processor for Linux 32/64-Bit (Novell/SuSE, Red Hat, u.a.), Solaris (32/64-Bit), MacOS X, AIX, HP-UX and OS/390 is available on request.

Licensing

icoya® eForms Scan Processor 2D barcode enabled form processing is licensed on a per-form basis. This enables your organization to scale icoya® eForms with the requirements and to license only the number of forms which are automatically processed.

Once you have licensed icoya® eForms technology, the number of users allowed to produce 2D barcode enabled forms is unlimited.
struktur provides licensing programs for both Government and Corporate Enterprise.

In order to keep you updated with the continuous improvements and functionalities of our icoya® eForms technology, a maintenance service is available. This service consists of providing the customer with the latest version of the product. This service is provided on an annual basis.
