Bridging the Paper-to-Digital-Divide: reducing risk and improving supply chain efficiencies

The icoya system has been developed to eliminate manual data acquisition of forms, invoices and receipts. The icoya® eForms technology provides the highest level of accuracy (100%) in the data capture process, secures digital identities, and enforces both data access and data integrity. This presentation explores a number of customer case studies to illustrate how different companies are using technologies and processes to optimise the supply chain, reduce costs, and minimise regulatory risk. Throughout this presentation, struktur focuses on topics including PDF-form management, eBilling (EDI), form data acquisition, paper-to-PDF conversion, and qualified digital signature applications. These techniques allow businesses and public organisations to process electronic documents in accordance to legislation affecting how organisations deal with corporate governance, financial disclosure and the practice of public accounting, as well as cost reduction strategies via better supply chain intelligence.
